Who Is Chef La Thua An?

Chef La Thua An is the founding chef of the restaurant. He was born in Hue, raised in France and trained at the Escoffier culinary school. His passion for cooking began in childhood, in his family's Cantonese restaurant. He received Chef of the Year, People's Choice at the Gourmet Vietnam Awards 2025, and in 2026 he is a nominee for Chef of the Year in the Contemporary & Innovative category, Season 2.

• Wagyu: served with creamy mashed potato, sautéed vegetables, grilled banana shallot and a black truffle foie gras sauce.
• Lamb Rack: served with sweet potato ricotta tortellini sautéed with basil, crispy red hibiscus leaf tempura and a tarragon sauce.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch from 11:00 with last order at 13:30, and for dinner from 18:00 with last order at 21:30. On Monday, we serve dinner only, from 18:00 with last order at 21:30. From Tuesday to Sunday, lunch service runs from 11:00 to 14:00 and dinner service from 18:00 to 22:00.

The address is 125 Ho Nghinh Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City. The ward name changed on 1 July 2025, when Phuoc My, An Hai Bac and An Hai Nam wards merged into An Hai Ward under Article 1, clause 5 of Resolution 1659/NQ-UBTVQH15, adopted on 16 June 2025.
