On 26 October 2026, at the Mai House Saigon hotel (Ho Chi Minh City), Robb Report Vietnam held the Gourmet Collection 2026 event with a new experience platform named House of Taste, centered on the theme of Local Identity. The programme had 3 parts: The Gallery of Taste, The Conversation of Taste and the announcement of the selected categories.

During the event, the Top 25 Robb Report Vietnam Gourmet Collection 2026 was officially announced, recognizing 25 outstanding restaurants in high-end dining in Vietnam. The Temptation French Restaurant is honored to be on the list, and a restaurant representative went on stage to receive this special award.

About The Temptation Da Nang restaurant:

Set in a villa with a garden in Da Nang, The Temptation French Restaurant began serving guests in 2019 with a focus on French fine dining. The restaurant is led by Chef La Thừa Ân, who was born in Hue, raised in France and trained at the Escoffier culinary school.

For three consecutive years, 2024, 2025 and 2026, The Temptation has been recognized by the Michelin Guide with the Michelin Selected distinction. The dining room seats about 60 to 62 guests, along with 2 private areas inside the restaurant with garden views, for relaxing and smoking.

How much do the menus at the restaurant cost?

We serve five menus of 6 to 9 courses, priced per guest and excluding wine.

Wine pairing is available with the tasting menus and priced separately. Our wine program has three parts: Curated Wine Pairing chosen dish by dish from starter to dessert, Global Wine Selection from renowned wine regions, and an Experience-Driven Wine Program. Wine by the glass is 330,000 to 550,000 VND. Our cuisine is built on French technique; in certain dishes, we use selected Vietnamese ingredients, such as fish sauce (nước mắm) and vegetables and fruit.
