Come and listen to the story of a true connoisseur of fine wines who turns small crus in to grand vins, and taste through an emblematic wine selection from the prestigious chateaux of Bordeaux, perfectly paired with beautiful gastronomy by The Temptation Restaurant, alongside Mr. Tony Desallangre, Silvio Denz Sommelier.

Designer, lover of fine wines, and owner of Lalique, Silvio Denz bought Château Péby Faugfères and Château Faugères, and Château Cap de Faugères (Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux) in 2005. After 7 years with the new owner, Château Faugères and Chateau Péby Faugères thrived to Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé. On another note, in 2008, Robert Parker endorsed Chateau
Cap de Faugères as: “Always one of the top Côtes de Castillon”. In 2014 he also acquired Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey. This acquisition represents Silvio Denz’s commitment to the domain of sweet wine wines.
